Major version of Yii HTTP Runner were tagged. In this version made several changes.

• Added ability to change the size of the buffer to send the content of the message body.
• Allowed to use any PSR logger, NullLogger by default.
• Removed ServerRequestFactory.
• Mark SapiEmitter as internal.

Three runner pacakges was released.

Yii Runner 2.2 and Yii Console Runner 2.2

• Added ability to set custom config merge plan file path, config and vendor directories.

Yii HTTP Runner 2.3

• Added ability to set custom config merge plan file path, config and vendor directories.
• Support stream output headers.
• Don't used buffered output in SapiEmitter when body size is less than buffer.
