Good menu system with jQuery

Hi,

is anybody aware of any good jQuery-based menu system? I’ve done yii widgets for jfastmenu and superfish (advertised as an improved suckerfish), but I still find jsCookMenu and jsDOMenu better (but they are not jQuery-based and jsdomenu is defunct  ::) )

I also wrote an extension for superfish some weeks ago and also ran into some troubles.

After some researching I found a menu-system under development by the filanment group (jQuery UI Dev Team).

It is already ARIA and ThemeRoller ready and it´s gonna be included in some future release of jQuery UI. :)

Anyway I don’t like very much the flyout menu, couse I think it’s not very userfriendly :)

Looks cool, but I was looking for a more classical menu system approach (you know, the typical menu bar with drop downs :) ). Thanks for the link anyway, it looks worth of a yii extension, and it’s great that it’ll be incorporated into jQuery UI (I just wonder if the iPod menu is not patented ::) )

Its not really developed with jQuery, but the real advantage is its ultralight weight. Hope it helped.
