It has been discussed many times, and afaik bootstrap ist just to fixed on a certain appearance...
Blueprint is way more versatile than bootstrap. Somewhere in this forum there is also a thread discussing Boilerplate, Skeleton and the likes..

Bootstrap is not a black box , you can easily customize its appearance. Blueprint is obsolete.
Yii 2.0 will probably use Bootstrap or Zurb Foundation (I use both and I think that Bootstrap would be a better choice for Yii).
