Hi,
I have a live site that i believe was created by my developer using Yii. The developer is no longer available and i would like to make some changes to the site but want to do it in a testing environment such as localhost. i installed wamp on my windows 10 machine and successfully created a database by importing it from the live site. I also changed the database details in the main.php of the config folder in protected. Now when i go to localhost the front page appears, albeit without the proper css styles but none of the page links work.
Have i correctly configured everything or have i missed something?
