I was working for past 5+ years for US company that has similar product like your, we were managing e commerce for a lot of clients (90+) trough one backend side. Each client had own shop + dedicated promo pages and stuff. We worked with internal, external budgets CC payment etc, had own inventory tracking along with external wms services that we used and a lot of other stuff. Since I was one who built of was at least very much involved in almost every part of platform I believe I will be a good match for what you are looking for.
Also I’m working with yii framework for past 8 years and worked on number of e commerce solutions, worked with bootstrap 2/3 jquery, composer, ajax, familiar with vagrant, vue.js
