We are seeking a developer with the ability to build a BOT that can simulate a user logging into a third party advertiser platform and input data that is obtained from our Internal API into the third party advertiser platform.
The selected candidate (developer) will be provided with a mapping table outlining the fields in our API and given screenshots showing which fields those values should be inputted into. The final deliverable product will be a BOT that can create and update campaigns and advertisements. The BOT also will need to delay its actions to simulate the speed in which a human user can enter values manually.
This is a contract position which will have a defined length which will be defined before the start of the project. If the developer’s performance and communication skills are strong, additional contracts or a part or full-time position may be offered.
Required Skills:
• Prior work experience building BOTS that perform similar functions (preferably specific to the online advertising industry).
• Strong English communication skills.
• The ability to work between the hours of 4AM PST and 1PM PST between Monday & Friday.
• Strong PHP (YII Framework 1), MySQL, NoSQL and NodeJS skills is required.
• Prior knowledge of RabbitMQ, PhatnomJS, Swagger is strongly preferred.
• Code should be well written and documented.
Notes: Bot required will be written in NodeJS + RabbitMQ and connect to a MySQL db with cache using Redis. Expected time to complete the first phase of the integration is 40-60 work hours are needed per each system.
