November 15, 2014 there will be a conference entirely dedicated to PHP frameworks. Yii will be represented by Alexander Bordun, CTO at EuroMD, who translates both 1.1 and 2.0 docs into Ukrainian and supports yiiframework.com.ua. He helped me tralating Yii cookbook into Russian last year.
