this is not a problem.
actually what u are asking is not a responsibility for frameworks! So i dont think it as a problem.
you need lyrics and lyric timings to do something like that. and songs are not FREE. so putting a plugin like that will be illegal.
if you insist on doing something like that i suggest you to first read this wiki article.

On the other hand if the thing you want to do is voice rendering and voice recognition use Google Free library for it.
