I am looking for the right developer to build a new Yii based site based on an existing old Zend site.
You should:
-be well versed in Yii
-place high priority on a good user experience
-be able to work on a module by module basis
-work on a fixed fee per module
-fully understand what the objectives are
-have the ability to make suggestions for the best way to solve a problem
-be available long term to provide updates and maintenance to the site
-have experience in mysql db containing millions of rows
-multi user and multi company site using the same backend
-understand exporting of db query results to xml files
This site is inserting and uploading data into via the browser and then this content gets distributed to many remote display units.
