It was handled through yiiframework.ru and my weblog since Russian community isn’t using .com too much. So posting the summary here to show that things are going well.
This one was at my hometown. Started as an idea of 15 developers max meetup with some beer and informal talking but ended up as 45 developers micro-conference with 2 speeches about Yii.
