Sorting And Strip_Tags

Hello,

I have values with HTML Tag like in the column ‘texte’ of a gridView :

I have the render wanted, but if I want to sort, it is not working because of the HTML Tag.

How can you do to remove htmlTags using Strip_Tags but only for the search and for sorting ?
