The header is now cleaned up, so that the screen real estate is better utilised. The logo is now more dominant.

Sidebar / main area is now a 300/650 split. The design itself probably isn't pixel accurate but it will be once I start transforming it to HTML/CSS.

The previous dark block is now faded, and blends better with the rest of the page elements.

Capitalised the 'Y' in the logo text.

Removed styling on the logo text.

Moved the page indicator in the navigation to the top, so it is now more apparent, and away from the "green block" so it won't get confused with the slider.

Looks very nice

One thought: The active menu entry is a little unobtrusive when it's only underlined. Why not simply use a darker/lighter background color?

Thanks Mike. I've tried to use a darker/lighter background block but it didn't look very good. Instead, I now moved the indicator to the top of the navigation, I think it is more apparent this way, and it won't mix up with the slider which is going to be sitting in the green block.
