I need a US based Yii developer (not a US company that outsources overseas) to refactor a fairly simple file processing and reporting application. The current system, which is built in Yii 1.1, barely functions (slow, brittle code) and needs some help. Longer term plans include move to Ready Made Admin template and integration with another product.
