We have a new project that we are building that we need a serious Yii framework expert developer to advise us on.
We will need you to sign an NDA then we will share with you our current application development plan. Then we will need you to help us to refine that into a logical development plan and scope using the Yii framework. It is our intention to utilize the Yii framework as a rapid application development spring board by which we can bring the beta version of this application to life in less then two months.
This project will consist of basically assessing the Yii Framework as the ideal framework to quickly bring this project to life and also to expose any weakness or reason that the framework will =
A. not be the best choice to get this done on our time line
B. not be able to handle all aspects of the application
C. present scale ability issues as we grow.
The project will also require spelling out a bit of a road map for using the Yii framework to handle this job - that we can use to get a basic Idea of labor needs and the best break down to assign portions to each team member to get the job down fast.
Also This is something we want done in the next day or two - not two weeks we are evaluating the best solution to rapidly develop this project and intend to start development next week.
