Forum builder for Yii

I dont know if such thing exists I searched for it everywhere but couldn’t find one.

Is there a means how I can create a Forum using Yii ?

I dont mean the fully fledged one. All I mean is a forum with basic thread creation and users can post replies to the topic.

If any such extension or feature exists please shed some light on it here.

I’ve written one myself but really don’t know how to release it as a module so people can integrate it with existing user management functionality on their websites.
