Yii 1.1.9 is released

POPULAR
We are very pleased to announce the immediate availability of Yii Framework version 1.1.9. In this release, we've included nearly 60 enhancements and bug fixes. You can download it from the Yii project site at http://www.yiiframework.com/download/
For the complete list of changes in this release, please see the change log. And if you plan to upgrade from an older version to 1.1.9, please refer to the included upgrade instructions.
As always, documentation is updated accordingly. Huge thanks for the whole translation team.

it's holiday
anyway I think the gap between 1.1.8 and 1.1.9 is related to yii 2.0 and developer team focus on bug fixing.
but it's good job like the same.

Just 1 question:
i18n/data/*.* - each file has dropped most of currencySymbols.
Is that intention or by mistake?

I have been anticipating this release as it resolves at the framework level a major issue I was having in one of my apps (ability to join on arbitrary key vs. primary key). Thanks!
