i need a developer to create a payment gateway for uniprogy couponic to work with turkish credit card processor EST ( they are probably a polish company)
we need to present two options to the customer
1-payment through 3d secure
2-normal direct credit card processing
we had developers before , but the project never completed.
Because of this we are quite late . so we need this project finished as soon as possible.
developer may have an open schedule and must be able to start immediately.
