Seeking an experienced developer that can not only move quickly in a start-up environment, but also can manage themselves and be an expert in technology. Candidates must have experience working with:

PHP or other open-source programming languages.

Understand MVC architecture in application design.

Expert knowledge of relationships in databases/data access layers.

Must be able to query a SQL Database faster then the average bear.

Have a thorough understanding of scalability from a server, data, and user interaction level.

Ajax and Jquery ninja skills (do we even have to mention this in 2011).
- Any experience with the YII Framework is a plus, relevant MVC experience is nearly a must.
I can pay between $20 -$32 an hour based on experience.
