Hello,

So here is another online (non-flash!) game - wooohoooo

I've been a movie lover for a long-long time and a couple of weeks ago I decided that I wanna put my (and other people's) knowledge to the test.

Please check out IKMQ and let me know what you think.

Hey there, really nice game ;) But maybe you should move the "winning" and "failing" banners automatically instead of having to click next manually? Just a suggestion :) Still a really fun game!

alright guys,

Thanks everybody who gave me feedback, your ideas were heard and mostly implemented :) removed WINNING and LOSING pages, and made the whole PLAY page more AJAX-y and (I think) really speed up the game. The faster you answer, the more score you get - so be quick :)

Cool logo there and a very interesting game.. :)

I've just got Dietrich badge there. Doesn't know whether it is good or not
But I saw my score is minus. Is this normal..?

thanks for checking out the game :)

yes, `-` points are definitely part of the game. if you don't know the quotes that well, you can end up below 0 pretty quick ...

I see... not an easy game I guess :)
but definitely a cool game... ever considered to implement HTML5 + Javascript to the game?

funny you ask, it was actually one of my goals for Christmas but I just didn't have the time :/

I'm thinking about a module with REST calls and the front-end with HTML5 and JS. so I can turn it into a mobile game as well

Yes, running both on mobile and pc. It is what make the Web App(especially HTML5 based) cool.. :)

Hello JPatagonico,

Thank you very much for being interested in this app. 

Yes, I decided to discontinue the web based version of this game and moved it to the Android mobile platform. I complitely re-wrote the whole system and it heavily uses front-end technologies (mostly AngularJS), although the back-end for storing the individual scores is powered by Yii (of course :) ).
