  1. Flash videos … be innovative use HTML5

  2. Text is a little bit too big (the normal not the h1 etc)

I agree with @Command the font-size of the normal text is too big, it makes the text difficult to read…

and overall… IMHO… you need a nice design… .this way it’s just a text on a white page…
