Many people don’t know (as i found out), especially in Russia about Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) or “winter blues”.
So i created this site using my Yii experience with information providing function, and for commercial purposes.
There was nothing hard to code, but i think it looks nice. And it need to be finished and upgraded in some details.
