I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem but I suspect I am not the only one. Every day now I am receiving pest / junk emails from people who say the have viewed my profile on this forum. Is there a way I can protect my profile and/or report these pests??
Best thing is to report them… as soon as a member of the dev. team login to the forum, he can see the new report and tag that user as a SPAMer so he cannot send new messages…
when you login to the forum… in the upper right corner where your nick is… you can choose "messenger"… there are all private messages sent to you… just open a message and under the message there is a button "Report"…

Haven’t had any extraneous email from joining the Yii forum…
There are some SPAM messages sent occasionally by just registered forum users… but only as a private message to another user… and that message is sent to the receiving user email… as soon as they are reported the dev team marks that users as SPAMMERS so they cannot send new messages… so minimal damage is done…
