First of all, when you contact yii framework, you will find that it has carefully designed a set of command-line application that is yiic
Command yiic original command, we can create a web application / controllers / model / module.

We can safe the yiic the style, to write based on the a yii framework of command line application, command line application is basically to do with the Web application, and when used, the most obvious example, crontab application,
For example: We designed a send e-mail system, due to many users, or sending a letter, sent through the web very station http server resources
Assessment, we are ready to send queue by the data in Table analog timing to execute this command via crontab, read part of the data in the database table, send e-mail
This command only takes up a process in the system, and will not affect http response. Of course, large sites, there will be a special job server.

Charges did not talk much to say, first build the environment

please help, how to insatll it? i have put extracted folder to themes\ folder..but nothing change on my page...:(

you still have to set the `theme` property in your config file!
