How do I pass a parameter with this framework??

<?php echo CHtml::activeTextField($model,'ANAGRA_ANAGRA_ID',array('VALUE'=>$_POST['anagrafe']['ANAGRA_ID'])); ?>
Or

<?php echo CHtml::activeTextField($model,'ANAGRA_ANAGRA_ID',array('VALUE'=>$_GET['id'])); ?>
