Can't run shell

I’m trying to run the yii shell, but it won’t open. I’ve changed nothing to my environment, but for some reason it won’t start anymore, and there are no errors.

Don’t know what happend.

EDIT:

I found out, that if I’m trying to run the shell command with a non-exisiting config-file I’ll get an error.

But if I try to run:

../framework/yiic shell

nothing will happen :frowning:

EDIT:

After trying around a while, I found out that site/index has got be be accessible by everyone.
