Really nice !! .. I like the bottom link bar
and all the js stuff in pages. By the way, I saw you're using JQuery.Validate to validate your 'contact us' form (http://www.galottery.com/contact-us). Have you considered using the jformvalidate extension ? ... the reason I ask is to know if there was some technical reason, or just you didn't even know this extension

Wasn't aware and familiar with validate. My library has it built in to my form builder.
