The advanced app is quite sophistical for me. In particular the configuration is fragmented into many files and this is a bit confusing. I’m wondering if that could be simplified somehow. I know the structure has advantages too, but it is not easy to grasp it and to get an overview.
This is not a complain, just a feedback. I really like Yii! How is configuration solved in other frameworks? Can it be simpler? Or is the Yii configuration already simple?
Am I the only one that finds the configuration confusing? If so, shame on me…
