Cannot access secure site

Hi,

I have a site on a shared hosting.

I fact I have 2, one for trial valid.denentzat.fr and one for production association.denentzat.fr

These 2 subdomains are the same except some slight differences in mail configuration.

I try to make them secure. Thus I created a self signed certicate and associated it with both sites.

The https access is possible on the valid.denentzat.fr site but fails on the association.denentzat.fr site. In the second case I get an error page telling me the page is inaccessible.

I cannot make out the reason why the second site doesn’t work with secure access.

You need wildcard certificate in this case.
