I have downloaded the basic framework for windows, But i don’t Know how to start this framework. Suggest me a references plz…

look at youtube, there are many tutorials about yii.

  1. I have created a advance type project using composer but its not fully downloaded (The vendor is missing).

  2. Another problem is init in command promt throws error.

How to solve this problem, how can i configure?
