Query Chat

Hi all

I want a chat Query application. Any user fill his email address and start his query.Other admin side (site owner) can handle chatting user. Query user do one or more but admin chat also one or more.Please help me.Thanks in advance .

i am creating a chat application in yii framework and i am new one to this.I used a extension for chat is yiichat…it works fine but i got a another problem .I dnt knw how to update a whenver a new message came.Plz any one suggest me…
