can somebody fix the documentation linking please?
Links like this http://www.yiiframework.com/doc-2.0/guide-db-active-record.html#declaring-active-record-classes do not jump to the proper location, they just stay at the top of the page.
I am answering a lot of Yii2 related questions on Stack Overflow and liking to the documentation is not working for a long time now. I keep having to tell people to scroll to the xxx section.
