I see many duplicate topics in the forums, maybe the reason of it is it takes quite long to save an answer or topic?

Also the 'view' count doesn't update properly - sometimes there can be several replies to a topic but 0 views.

I believe that IPB has a Flooding option that prevents a user from posting the next post for several seconds or more. Users tend to post again if they do not see their post immediately. I'm assuming that the post is not published until the time delay elapses.
