Hi all,
I have a Yii web application and am looking for web hosting advice. My site is a pretty standard PHP/MySQL site with the only possibly exceptional requirement being that I need to run a websocket server alongside to handle messaging between logged in users (similar to an instant chat function). I am looking into Amazon Web Services at the moment but just wanted to get any advice/opinions on whether or not cloud hosting is the way to go in terms of scalability.
