I knocked up a really simple tool to allow you to embed UK rain radar maps on your own website. Uses Yii, with Bootstrap 3.1. It’s very basic, as the main feature is the embedding of the maps (requires a Google Maps API key). Less than 2 days effort thanks to Yii 
Future plans include ability to use other maps sources (bing, openstreetmap, etc).
