Looking For A Good Developer For Side Work

I have a lot of work to do, would love to be able to offload some of it from time to time, when I am too busy or need a break. I need an overall good developer who’s multi-talented. You know jquery, twitter bootstrap, OO, git, etc. I don’t think I need to go into a huge list of things that make a good developer. I need someone with good English skills who works around the same hours as me. I work between 8am and 8pm PST.

Half my jobs are Yii related, the other half are wordpress (plugins from scratch mostly). If you can do wordpress as well, there will be a lot more work available.
