CMemCache Class

i think CMemCache class has a minor issue

i wrote it here:

i think memcache needs a flag parameter

but memcached does not

so there must be a checking against useMemcached property

in the setValue and addValue methods

ok sorry for the previous post

i think there is no problem

when i use set instead of setValue

but the document about this must be more clearer i think
