Yii Folder Structure

Hey guys

So I am working on a project (my first Yii one) where it uses this layout for the folder structure.

Now I am trying to get the languages working, but I am not sure how to structure it. I would use the structure protected/messages/en/site.php, but the above mentioned folder structure I am lost to where to put it.

Appreciate any help.

put message translations in the yii.php file. simply copy the content from framework/messages/de/yii.php and modify it as needed.
