We have an iPad HTML5 app we’ve had built to help us collect field survey data for clients. The app is built with Twitter Bootstrap for UI and Stackmob for cloud back-end.
We believe the Bootstrap CSS framework can be re-used for the web app.
We now need someone to help us rapidly stand-up a web based customer portal where the data can be displayed and manipulated through a browser app, plus display additional data views… Plus ALL the usual "stuff" one might need to enable a full-lifecycle customer experience… Including things like:
Client Dashboard - Displaying all their data by team, by project, by dates, by data types, by time frames, etc.
Account Authentication / Account Management Admin - Passwords/settings/addresses/email addresses, etc.
DropBox Integration - Providing an integrated folder repository for essential documents related to the work we’re doing for clients
Alerts - Setting boundaries on data, etc. that might result in a message alert to a customer
Client Messaging - email notifications, etc.
Data Visualizations <-- Animated, JQuery style graphs and charts
For the right person we expect to fund this work for several months. We are a young company, so affordable rates will be important to us.
We require someone to be comfortable working in an Agile / Scrum style of execution with regular builds and automated tests happening daily.
We are based in New York Time zone in U.S. We prefer someone with exceptional English skills.
Lastly, you must have proven yii skills, including building commercial web applications as well as deep knowledge of the many yii plug-ins that can be used to shorten the development cycle.
