I got some problem in installation of srbc this is the message after installation:

Install Srbac
Error while installing srbac.
Please check your database and try again


Extension i use: srbca 1.3beta

Also i've attach a screen shot of it, also my whole layout can't display, i don't see any frame. Before it works perfect this is after i configure my
main.php

Any help is much appreciated.
