Hello,

I'm the owner of this site: www dot tamarawobben dot nl
Now I wonder if I can make the same site with Yii.
I have very little experience with PHP.

So can this be done?
If if, the little experience with PHP is a problem. Is there a good free place on the web where I can learn PHP.
