I've followed the directions for installation but I'm getting the CException Alias "xupload.Xupload" is invalid. Make sure it points to an existing directory or file.

What am I doing wrong?

Fixed: Alias was indeed invalid, because I put the "'xupload'=>'ext.vendor.Asgaroth.xupload'," entry in the modules array. durr.
