Highlight Text And Save In Database Rate Topic: -----

Hello everyone,

I am trying to highlight the the certain text as much as user wants as to and want again capture the respective text and save it into the database.As well as I am new to yii So i cannot figure how to work out this work in yii. Excepting help for the yii people.

Where you want to highlight the text ? In a gridd view ?

Add a jQuery click event to the element that contains the text, use jQuery to change the CSS for highlight, then fire an Ajax call to save it to the database.

Simple.
We were all once expert at....... nothing.
