In actual version of Yii to save related models, we have to do it manually or install an extension (there are severals ones doing the job).
But wouldn't it be better if it was a built in functionality in Yii 2?

In Yii2 it, most probably, will be easy to implement so it's very likely that it will be there. At least at release time.
