I am totally confused on Yii and Zend framework, what to choose for enterprise level of applications?

Can someone explain what features makes Yii a different one from Zend??

Kindly someone advice me on this...

That depends. What your client wants?

With CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Custom Framework and now with Yii, I use ZendFramework Like a Library, just that. :)
