Testdrive stacktrace with vHosts Set-up Rate Topic:

This is for information only, I no longer have the problem.

In case anyone else out there was looking for a problem with their vhosts, .htaccess, etc. wondering why testdrive application wouldn't start, this might be it. I was perplexed when I found out that it was simply a matter of setting the timezone, which is a "Warning" not a fatal error. But that did it:
