i have over 2k entries and it’s already very slow. it seems like it loads everything on every refresh and ajax request.

i have over 2k entries and it’s already very slow. it seems like it loads everything on every refresh and ajax request.
it turned out it wasn’t cgridview’s fault after all.
apart from the cgridview i also had a search form on that site and that form used many bootstrap autocomplete inputs. disabling the autocomplete feature on some of those inputs was enough to get the site load faster.
