User is not deleting in user management modules when i log in as

Hello Friends

When i am deleting the user from admin side in yii
then one pop appears and when i am refresh that page
then again got the message user has been deleted ..But
How to stop that pop up

i have attached the picture of that please see that and give me suggestion
