Yii for Social Networking - Which version is more stable ?

Hi Guys,

I’m designing a very simple social networking website. I am wondering which version of Yii is more stable

for my development and I also can find more material, sample code and books on it. I’m new to Yii and didn’t

use it before.

I would say the most recent stable version (1.1.10 currently) from the download page, it has the most recent bugfixes.

How about the resources such as books and tutorials ? Some of the newer versions have different ways of doing

things comparing to the older one I guess.
