installing yii on VPS selecting correct Operating system

Hi,
I have an an application running on shared server on GODaddy.
Now I want to shift to a VPS of another data center.
I am confused which operating system I should ask for.
They have option to use, CentOS-LAMP 32bit 5.6, Ubuntu 32 bit 10.10 or Ubuntu 64bit 10.10

Kindly help me to take a proper decision.

Centos here. Makes dealing with php, mysql, apache easy. Haven't used Ubuntu for a server before.
