It says new BSD on the extension page, but new GPL on the project page.. What's the license? :)

Great work on all your yii projects..

I can usually figure most things out but I cannot get past the front page..

It has to be the url redirecting. In my http logs the link goes to /projects

173.44.95.46 - - [24/Sep/2012:03:32:27 +0000] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 2520 "http ://sov.poppuck.com/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0"
173.44.95.46 - - [24/Sep/2012:03:32:31 +0000] "GET /projects HTTP/1.1" 404 287 "http ://sov.poppuck.com/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0"

but I just get a 404 error..

Can you point me in the right direction?
